Personally, I'm not a fan of Apple, but it's a big company with a big user base and a lot of power. They could do a lot if combined their amazing tablet technology with their amazing laptop technology to create hybrid competitors to Microsoft's hybrids.
In terms of hardware, it's unlikely that this will happen anytime soon, but I can dream. iOS and OSX are already very similar in terms of ui/ux, and my mockup showed a way to tie the three together by the notification center, control center, and multitasking, featuring multiple desktops and more.
This was just a quick little thing; I'm not very familiar with Apple products, and I don't use them myself, but hey, it's an idea.
